I´m modeling a simple flywheel energy system and had a hard brake on how do I model the flywheel propulsion requirements!!!!

Do anyone here could help me on how can I better modeling the flywheel's dynamics of propulsion?

I had a 170kg flywheel within 10,5kgf*m2 Inertia. Maximum rotation alowed is 6000rpm (628rad/s). This way the maximum Kinect Energy is equal to 0,58kWh.

How do I put on a function and also in a graphic the profile of torque demand to run that Rotor from:

0 up to 50rpm

50rpm to 6000rpm.
