Lithography is an efficient technique to fabricate micro size structure. But to fabricate efficiently controlled nano size structures, there must be a proven techniques. I may go ahead to purchase a device in my upcoming project, but prior to that I will encourage my students to prepare a rough lab-setup for the same. Hence, I also want to know a cost effective technique (even if it is not very efficient) that I may develop in my lab for the same.

I will try to setup a colloidal lithographic experiment in my lab... Though, I have got some idea on how to do this... But, if you may recommend some literature/doc, which have certain guidelines for the same, it would become a great help again...
