What would be the best approach if I want to study about the relationship btw organizational learning and leadership style?

Hi there,

There was lack of research on the relationship between learning and leadership. The literature is very limited to exploratory study. If I want to study the relationship between learning capabilities and leadership capabilities, is it OK?
