I m having difficulty to understand on how to write the underpinning theory for my research. My research is about the mediating effect of leadership style on learning-innovativeness relationship?

I had tried to related RBV theory with those three constructs. I m discussing on human capabilities in organization. I hope to hear from your guys . Tq
