Web of Science de-listed 82 journals from Hindawi, Routledge, Taylor & Francis, Wiley-Hindawi, AME Publishing, BMJ, MDPI, Sage, Springer, Springer, Heidelberg, and Wiley. It is shocking for those who published articles in those journals. When we were publishing our papers in those journals, these were Scopus indexed and had impact factors.
What can be the consequences for those articles that were published before in these de-listed journals?

As the system of higher education all over the world is decentralized, two scenarios are possible. First and most likely, research committees, research deputies or what ever its name is within a university, look into the Volume, Issue and Number of the journal that the member's article was published. If they find it among those de listed, the member loses all benefits s/he received or will receive related to that article. The other possible option is that some decision making bodies in universities are tough, or even unaware (the realities of what is happening in the world of academic publishing) or even jealous, therefore they may decide to reject all article of those members that had published their articles in those de listed journals. jealousness even causes them that they decide case by case, it means, they may accept one or several papers of a member, but at the same time reject others' papers. The issue is huge and no space, place to talk about it here.
- In short, all depends to your parent institution.
Late Eugene Garfield created ISI database some 70 years ago, his aim was mainly to facilitate retrieval of same topic items, during course of time it went wrong and it was from 90s past century, that universities around the world started to use it first as a Scientometric tool and later Ranking tool.
And now this is the result, too many frauds, misconducts, data fabrication, 3G+H Authorship, predatory journals , huge retractions. For sure not only ISI (Clarivate) is a tool of past, but also the academic world should waits for more problems you started this question about.

But I am surprised, somewhat amused, that only MDPI journals around are called predatory journals and are suggested not to submit articles to MDPI journals. Now it turns out that Willey and Hindawi cause the most trouble! Out of the 82 journals, most are from Willey and Hindawi!
I am agree with @Rahim Alijani. I only add that, concerning your paper published in one of those journals, its impact and quality is not directly related to where the journal is indexed.
Md. Mazharul Islam The problem of predatory journals is not just about MDPI. There are many more, some even in the form of lone wolf that exploit the world of academia. Once in the history of establishment of "journal of Informetrics" by Elsevier, I read that how long it took Leo Egghe to persuade the officials of Elsevier for need to this journal... but now scientific publishing is a business, a deadly business. It is easy to come to conclusion that they are among the number one enemies of us, all around the world. But we in the world of academia see them as friends! a very strange friendship
