What will be the price of cryogenically treated tool?

My students are planning to do a project on EDM using the cryogenically treated tool. Does anyone how to prepare one and where? I am looking for any centres in Kerala and Tamil Nadu

Are you sure your students want to do that? If just for EDM experiments,I dont think this will do some fuction on the machining mechanism or performance.
