There are many more corrections in the Abstract itself and also the rest of the manuscript. Therefore, I can give one last chance to get the manuscript edited for the language from a native English speaker, or alternatively to get the service of language editing of Elsevier or a similar service. Failing which, I would be compelled to reject the manuscript at this stage

Give this work to your senior colleagues who are co-authors in this manuscript. They will feel privileged ! Alternatively, visit some free English editing websites, you can edit your MS at satisfactory level. Don't pay anything to sites.

I have published 2-3 article in a journal; and when i submitted next article....they send similar type of comments with English editing paid link for language improvement.....

As many colleagues said, the journals have now created that English Editing service with experts in the scope that the Journal is publishing papers. For that reason, I suggest you only accept to use the English editing service of the Journal you intend to publish your paper with.

It's good to know that you wrote this, Vijay...and I agree with what Anand Kumar Gupta said: "You have published so many good research papers in reputed journals. All Indian writers has much more excellent of English comparing with us from countries where English is limited in use. My manuscripts are hard to be accepted in reputable journals as my English is poor. And it's good I could find some information about the links. Thanks for your question to share, it's really useful!

its a business nothing else however you can improve your English by reading a printout of your paper. I advice you to take a printout of your final manuscript before uploading. you will remove many spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes and further improve sentences.
If anyone is still interested, I would be happy to edit a reasonable length journal article for a non-native speaker at no charge. I just finished my bachelors in English with a 3.84 subject GPA.
