Hi, just to understand what you mean I was reading some articles. On the base of their content I can tell you there ara a couple of similar schools in CA, NZ and SE as well but problems are repoted everywhere, mainly by teachers and not by parents.
The mostly mentioned problems are effciency and qualification of the staff members.
In my country we have some private schools but the content of National Core Curricula and teachers' qualification is likewise required.
