At every turning, we are confronted with  verbose calims about technology and learning. My question are as follows:

1. Are these claims valid?

2. Is this something fuelled by big business?

3. Are governments and policy makers conniving because it allows big business to create jobs and the government to get some respite in terms of employment figures

4. Are some colleagues in education merely being opportunistic, as this offers them a way to climb?

Of cours etechnology has its place, but I am not convinced that we should all now be slaves to its every whim and caprices.
