Hi everyone!

I have a practical question: I am doing a survey for clothing store in Armenia, and want to segment REGULAR customers based on physiographic characteristics. I need to do Likert scale questionnaire.

And also can you guys tell me WHY Likert scale is appropriate to do in this type of situtaion ?
