Blackboard Collaborate, MS Team and Zoom. These platforms avail me the opportunity to share documents with my students. Also, we could see each other during the conversation.
I'm planning to try flip classroom via you tube , for test and quizzes Google forms, Google meet for live discussion and face book ( group page and messenger).
Depending on size of organisation. Moodle is very effective and easy to use for students and trainers, good engagement with forums, discussions, content, video recordings etc.
Zoom is great for virtual classrooms, screen sharing, whiteboard and breakout rooms for small group discussions/activities.. I am involved full time with online and virtual training delivery.

I work at the University of Padova where we adopted Zoom (in combination with Moodle) and make use of breakout rooms to facilitate working in pairs and small groups. Interacting with other training and academic centres I have been using (open source) Jitsi, Teams, Cisco, Google Meet etc.
