A friend sent me a dataset about a germination test under different storage places. The dataset include the following factors:

a) kind of bag to place the seeds: paper bag, bottle glass and plastic bag

b) place of storage: Laboratory and Refrigerator

So, he stored the seeds in these treatments and tested the percentage of germination after 30, 60, 180, 270 and 360 days.

My doubts lay in which kind of experimental design I may consider to calculate the ANOVA. I know that this is not a repeated measures.

I was thinking to use the Block Design (days of storage) or may I consider a Complete Randomized Design for each time of storage?

Best regards
