My research is about reducing discomfort glare from windows through increasing the lighting level of surrounding walls. I have done some experiments, but I need to make sure about the reliability of my questions.
The questions that I have used so far were based on the questions used in previous research.
This question is quite interesting. However, you have to consider that increasing light from side walls to redeem the issue of glare from windows comes with increased lighting load which in turn increase energy consumption and cost.
This may or may not be helpful at this point in time, but we recently published a paper looking at discomfort glare predictions to a large-area source (OLED and edge-lit LED panels) which may be helpful to assess glare from windows.
