The mining industry is one of the largest important industries that uses chemicals. From ancient to present day, chemicals are used from the beginning of mining until end product. Although different chemicals are used for different processes in small or large amounts, all of them have an important role in the process. Chemicals that become more important for flotation or leaching processes are used for concentration. After concentration, some of these chemicals have to be used in dewatering of products, in handling of tailings by concerning the environment, or in stocking processes.
