I'm with Thicia Sampaio . I'm working on a (short) paper that analyzes the conflict between commercial insurance payer policies that conflict with evidence-based medicine. This presents real ethical, liability, and documentation challenges to our physicians daily. Is "doing the right thing" following EBP or compromising in hopes of reducing healthcare expenses?

Ethical Dilemmas- the decision space where there are two rights, both leading to very different outcomes. For the most part, people know the difference between right and wrong- but the difference between two rights is most challenging
