I have tried every possible combination but still unable to solve the problem of excessive distortion, I think it is related to property definition so please could anyone suggest how to do it. Actually my project is related to textured tool and I don't know what to do. The image is enclosed below have a look.
does your problem involve damage and element deletion (i.e. cutting)?
I am using element deletion but still out of luck, it's related to property definition and I don't know what changes should I do.
The current simulation seems to involve failure of the elements as expected. Check the failure criteria.
I would suggest to use SPH particles to model the workpiece as this simulation involves excessive deformation and failure. The SPH particles should be used only within the cutting zone so as to reduce compute time.
Other alternative is to check on failure criteria or use adaptive remeshing or use ALE/Eulerian method for simulation.
