Leaders are born, not made, but the current scenario help managers to be a leader through proper training on leadership, thats known as Instructional leadership, this leadership applicable to a limited organisation or a company not for mass aspects, particularly in politics.

Tracing a line from the abstract ideal of leadership qualities and through a short view of the characteristics of leadership in these different situational genres should allow you to identify and discuss the characteristics that must be addressed in instructional leadership.
