I am in my early stages in my research where i wish to come up with algorithms, techniques and models for efficient energy management in the cloud environments. I approached one of senior lecturers in my institutions and this is what he said;
-You need to think of the applied research philosophy
-The theories that influence my research
So what is the applied research philosophy and what theories are influencing the above described scenario?
