Thomson Reuter is a reliable site for impact factor of scientific Journal , but there are many other websites evaluate Journals and give impact factor , I have not enough information about these website and its reliability , is it useful for Journal or not ? , can we use it as indicator for good Journal or not ?
I would also suggest using multiple content aggregating portals like LexisNexis (sometimes rebranded for university libraries as Academic Universe) and Factiva, alongside Thomson Reuters. My concern with the choice of a portal is the extent to which it purports to gather all data available about an issue. One aspect that could be very interesting indeed: could you establish the extent to which these portals are mutually exclusive - I don't expect to find identical content in rival commercial operators like Thomson Reuters and Factiva. Worst is, that some these websites are commercial (and prices are not acceptable).
I really asked about such issue and I did not receive much value from answers.
TR and Scopus, other factors are not significant. Is this OK? You have access to Thomson Reuters? Then why you worry about some non-professional indexes?

About your note ( commercial site ) the center of our life and work is the economic , many good Journals listed in Thomson Reuter take fees to publish your article or you need to purchase article you need , we classified these Journal as a good quality.

I think that scopus ( from Elsevier ) , also web of sciences , EBSCO , Springer , Crossref are very good , about Thomson Reuter we agree that is the best but not all good Journals have the chance to be within Master list of Thomson , because of the intensive requests from Journals across the world , I know some Journals have request to Thomson Reuter before more than year with no answer .
I think that we must give the chance for the good Journals to appear and grow within Global Rules and evaluated by World Academic Association , their benefits will be across the world for scientific research
