Hi,

I need to conduct a manipulation check on my IV (leadership styles) before I complete my main bulk of stats.

The two variables I am comparing is 12 different sub-scales of leadership styles against the 5 levels in the Big Five Inventory in order to see that if the leadership styles are effecting my DV (stress).

I have read that an ANOVA can be used, but have also seen that correlation and chi squared can also be used. I feel like I should be using an ANOVA due to the different levels of IV but I'm not entirely sure.

Thanks!
