What term is used to describe the lack of a 'mind's ear'?

Aphantasia is a term that refers to reduced or absent voluntary imagery, particularly visual imagery (Zeman, Dewar, and Della Sala. Cortex, 2015). In the media it is used to describe those who lack a 'mind's eye'. Does this term also embrace those who lack a 'mind's ear'? Do you lack a mind's ear or know of any relevant literature?
