I have to elucidate the formation of various propyl esters in my biodiesel samples and quantify them for optimization purposes. I'm guessing that when propanol is used as the reacting alcohol, the esters formed are propyl esters and cannot be compared to the FAME standard such as 'Supelco 37 FAME mix'. I cannot find a reference standard mix for comparative analysis.
