Could be a species of Siler, Fam. Salticidae, Sub-family Aelurillinae.

Here the correct name:

Cosmophasis is a genus of the spider family Salticidae (jumping spiders).

Binomial name: Cosmophasis thalassina

Type species:    Plexippus thalassinus
