I cannot find the exact reference(s) regarding the split of the famous Larus argentatus complex. I need scientific reference showing what species were formed after the complex got split and when exactly that happened. Thanks in advance to those who will help.

The concept of ring species is interesting imo! Sorry that Wikipedia is blocked over there – here in New Zealand there are no such restrictions lol :)
Yeah -_- It sucks to live in Turkey. It's almost like North Korea. Some mainstream media is reporting things like "Turkey has a functional space fleet that can finish off USA in seconds".
As for the ring species...There's one very famous paper which states that L.argentatus complex is not a ring species after all. You might want to take a look at it. Follow the link below. Cheers =)
