It is possible to use a basic software with AFM (Bruker, NT-MDT etc) for force spectroscopy (force-distance curves) data analysis. But this software is not adapted for this task - analysis is very slow and uncomfortable.

Hook is a powerful tool, but the interface is horrible and this software is not evolve from 2010 :(
I have started a project ForceReader:

It is simple software for force-distance curve analysis. I have not enough time and the process of development is not fast :(

we normally use "jpk/SPM data processing" to analyze our force-distance profiles.
You can use the program to find minima in the force-profiles, fit the worm like chain model to rupture events, get the step height of peel events and so on...
Anyway, depending on which kind of analyses you have to do it is a pain, especially for single molecule experiments!

I have used SPIP and WSxM for FC analysis, but in my opinion they are not ergonomic for fast manual analysis of a lot of data. SPIP is the good tool for detail analysis of some curves but it is not comfortable to analyze of a lot of similar curves.
Dear Philipp, thank you. I have never used "jpk/SPM data processing" software. If I can find a trial or free version, I will test it for my tasks.
You may also try AtomicJ, an application I wrote for analysis of AFM data, mainly processing of force curves and force maps. It supports Bruker and NT-MDT files, among others, and it is available for free from http://sourceforge.net/projects/jrobust/

I also use JPK SPM Data Processing. I have read that Openfovea is good, but you need to be able to program with Python to use it.
There is as well Punias (http://punias.free.fr) that supports several AFM file formats and analysis models. Moreover, it provides the unique possibility to surf back and forth between 2D (force-distance curves) and 3D (results maps) analysis.

I have a question regarding the data analysis of force distance curves especially for txt.files. I don’t have any information about the mechnical properties of the sample. Therefore, I have found only ForceReader ,which it is basic data analysis software program for force distance curves but I have checked and it is not working out. Can you help me ? Which software could be better for me ? Or How can I work with ForceReader program?

Any giving software won't open any given file format if there isn't the needed ad hoc code behind.
Nevertheless developing a code for an ASCII format is very easy.
