I am conducting a network meta-analysis using R programming. I found that the number of subnetworks is more than one, could you please tell me how to reduce my analysis dataset to only include connected treatments?

Simply, remove one of the arms which make the sub-network and its distance matrix is one.

I would like to address this issue again. I am also doing a network meta-analysis and have the same problem that my network consists of 2 separate networks. What is the best way to identify the 2 sub networks? Is it possible to have the network or sub networks displayed graphically?
