What should be the minimal transduced T cells for cytotoxicity and proliferation assays? Is 30% enough, considering how many positive cells you need to run an assay?
Easiest way to answer this question is run the experiment. From my experience even 15% is enough to see antigen specific responses. However, you won't see a 100% lysis. You will cytokine secretion though. 30% Should give you a good response in terms of both cytoktoxicity and proliferation, I would add cytokine secretion as well though.
