In general the weight age of research in PhD is very high as compared to the course in any institute of the world, though a good course work can be helpful in doing a quality research. What I want ask in this question is about the contributions of the student and his/her supervisor in the research work, keeping in view the inculcation of the ability to carry out independent research by the student and a good direction provided by the supervisor. In some cases, where the supervisors are feeding too much to their students, they do not develop a sense of research. In contradiction, when the supervisors completely leave there students alone, they get stuck in there research work, and in some cases leave there PhDs

I agree with your discussion but you should to know, you are a graduate student and you should to do research based on your Novel not supervisor. However to solve this challenge journal articles can help you as well as academic data base such as researchgate and academia education.
You also can to follow the previous high impact PhD thesis.

To get full scholar by PhD student, students should to have good ranking. but the important question is which parameters have play important role?
Your C.V is main parameter to get scholarship.
What is C.V? Your C.V should to cover the following items:
1)Your university background.
2) Your Research Background.
3)IELTS/TOEFL
Regarding to above factors Research background is the main factors to get scholar. However the other two factors are very important for most of university.

This is a good question with lots of possible answers, depending on the psychology of invention in a particular research area, the interests of a student and a supervisor.
Communication between a student and supervisor largely depends on each person having a strong respect for the other, both as a person and as a researcher. A student just starting out needs steady leadership from the supervisor, who must help a student find the most appropriate path leading to scientific discovery by the student. A more mature student well-versed in what it takes to do research also needs help from a supervisor in finding the most appropriate path leading to scientific discovery by the student.
