I have acquired natural luminosity images in a constant volume combustion chamber for different ambient and test conditions. I have got flame geometrical data such as soot lift off, penetration, area and SINL etc. What else can I derive from those images and how do I interpret those? In addition, I have got 2-color pyrometry images. What else can I derive from those images? Any good reference material will be highly appreciated.

I think you can also get ignition delay from natural luminosity with a short-pass filter. But I guess it should no be the same images which you already got.
As for 2C, I think your supervisor is an expert on that :). You can get temporal and spatial development of soot temperature and soot KL factor.

Assuming these are RGB data, you should be able to get a pixel-by-pixel temperature and emittance data if the soot can be approximated as a black body using the procedure described in
Lu, H., E. Ip, J. Scott, P. Foster, M. Vickers and L. L. Baxter (2010). "Effects of particle shape and size on devolatilization of biomass particle." Fuel 89(5): 1156-1168.
