What are some of the factors that promote corruption in developing countries?
Lack of honesty and inevitable circumstances make to incline towards corruption.
Mainly poverty and lack of education facility.

Corruption in Africa is caused by too few resources needed by many people. Another reason is the thin line between a thank you gesture and corruption.
I think the biggest promoters of corruption in developing countries are leaders. They fail to put institutions to prevent it and sometimes it corruption benefits them. The fish always rots from the head.
