But that program doesn't work to well, because it doesn't recognize the image by himself, I have to adjust the parameters, so it's to slow, I need a program that analize images, a lot of them, and give me all the results by analizying the pictures.

ImageJ does batches too ... Depends on image format (check that ) like converting it to 8 /16 bits if it is RGB or 24/32 bit data .

Well , everything with the plugin seems to be ok !!! The jar file (E2) , it throws an exception !!!

It needs a java file (.java) just a class will not help ...

I would suggest , you mail him or download the java file and jar and compile it and then use it as plugins in ImageJ
