'Newcomers' in the sense of young lecturers / university instructors / tertiary teachers. I'm involved in Talent Development. I find although MOST new university educators are receptive to learning to become a university teaching professional... SOME are negative from the start!!!

In my opinion, teachers who begin should be encouraged to research and how to improve their classes in undergraduate and postgraduate asiganaturas that desarrollen.se should encourage the reading of scientific articles in their teaching and research areas, in order to improve their reading and writing quality which will contribute to improving their scientific and teaching production.

It is very important that new teachers develop their reading quality to improve their quality of interpretation and analysis of phenomena related to their area of expertise, in order to fully fulfill their research functions in the production of scientific quality articles and possible functions as undergraduate and postgraduate thesis tutor.
Integrity in research, conduct and interactions with students is a must. This is followed by teaching your students in a way that they comprehend what you are teaching and develop their own competencies in the subject.
