Transformer, name it self says that, it transforms the electric power(not generating), means output cannot be more than input. In C.T, with bar primary, there are many secondary, used for metering, relays etc. Input is always output(all secondary) plus losses in case of any type of transformer....
if we take unity power factor then we can say P=V*I. Voltage and current have its relationship due to that the input power will always equal to the output power. It is impossible to increase power on secondary of a transformer. Please see this link.
