You should try to dry the crystals using a nitrogen gun or maybe rinse them with IPA (only if they are not soluble in this solvent). Also, keep them in a dry box.

Everton thanks, yes I do treat these similar to any other perovskite thin film; what I am looking for is a solvent mix/annealing regime that would increase the stability.
