What other companies are more promising than Sigma-Aldrich for selling substances in poor countries like Brazil?

Herewith we are in serious trouble with (very bad) poor service from Sigma-Aldrich in the North, Northeast and even Midwest regions. Does anyone know of another company that provides the same service, with quality compounds (reagents) in Brazil?
