Hi everyone,

I am trying to probe the electron phonon coupling in graphene, with Quantum Espresso. And I would like to see how this affect the 2D material. But I don't really know how to do the thing. I read some articles saying that I have to use the same steps as in a phonon calculation (pw.x, ph.x, q2r.x, matdyn.x) but I don't really see how to include the electron-phonon coupling in the material. So, I have two question:

1-How can I include the aforementioned coupling in a material?

2-Since phonon is the lattice vibration and that usually (not always) these vibrations can be cause by the motion of an electron in the lattice, does it means that a phonon calculation include the phonon coupling with the electron?

Thanks for reading me. I am looking forward to receiving your answers.
