I would like to get someone with experience information to measure levels of carnitine and alpha linolenic acid in the seminal plasma of stallions. What more appropriate protocol based on their studies?
You can do this by possibly combining the use off thin-layer (TLC) and gas-liquid (GLC) chromatography. Let me know if this is helpful information.
Dear John
Thanks. It is certainly a relevant information. Want to know more about the technique.
