Hi. I have thrown around some ideas in a paper i wrote a short while back and these ideas are captured in a model of employee satisfaction for health related professionals.Look for the paper on my page. The title is: A model of employee satisfaction amongst health-related professionals in South Africa: The case of Western Cape Province. Again, i followed up with another paper which essentially expanded the factors captured in the model. Check out the paper on my page.
