Our Institute use different technique. Just like they see the curriculum covered. Even the self evaluation method is also used to ask the students about the way of teaching. Specially at the end they also check the student outcome for the evaluation purpose and a detail proforma include the overall performance of the faculty. Some time they make visit the class. So different methods are used according to the situation.
