What methods can be used to calculate the magnitude of change in groundwater levels time series?

I have monthly groundwater levels. I have performed MK test, ITA which are for trend analysis of a time series. However, I would like to calculate the magnitude of change in the time series but I seem not to find an methods yet beside MK Z values which represent measure of significance change of the trend.
