In control if you draw the poles and zeros of the system as a function of K you can design for desired specifications. ,

The paper's context does not mention the design by zero and poles for "K" coefficients and also no reference and no special name.
Also, in design process, "delta t" and "err" variables are used.
Does this design have a special name or just design by zeros and poles?
