What medium do you suugest to study degradation of polymeric nanoparticle for I.V injection?

Dear all,

I have designed polypeptide polymeric particles for the treatment of vascular diseases (I.V injection).

I'd like to study biodegradation of the particles.

What medium do you suggest for such a case?

Apart from blood serum, do you have any other suggestion?
