Well, the answer for this question i have found out the reason. In HEC-HMS, the valid length for any reach from one junction to another cannot exceed more than 6 digit value (in meters unit). The solution has been done by simply dividing the sub-basin into two and assign the respective reach length. Then the model is run and no error was encountered.
In connection to this question, I did encounter errors saying that the length of my rivers are invalid. I tried different lengths, until the error message was gone. The lengths of the river segments that were identified to be invalid were less than 200 meters. Is there a way to run the simulation in HEC HMS wherein I can retain the original river length values? Or is HEC HMS programmed to not accept river length values lesser than 200 meters?
