I am irradiating leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni. (Family-Asteraceae) with Electron Beam for enhancing its shelf life. Though I am focusing on reducing microbial load, information on the known dose limits for preventing destruction of some known antioxidants or glycosides would be helpful.
