If bore well water is used for domestic purpose than this may be a very serious matter. All above constituents have different properties and their treatment method for reducing/removing from water will not be uniform. It is noted, nitrite is unstable and soon it is converted into nitrate. This question is very much alarming and mass awareness is needed.
Nitrate cannot be completely removed from water but still reverse osmosis and distillation will be good options. It is also suggested to identify the source of contamination and reduce the contamination which help the water for self purification.

Presence of Pb, Cd, Cr, Fe , Ni and nitrate in water should present within permissible limit of drinking / domestic water. If exceeds, these may create health hazards. As such,No single method may not solve the problem. It will be extremely good , if RO has capability to do this. Therefore after water treatment with RO, if the water become within permissible will be a great news for all of us. Thus chemical analysis is more important before sampling and after treatment.
