You can explore with model for absorptive capacity to enhance innovation from organizational learning or organizational development, based on new tendencies based on process/capabilities

Try DoView. It is a bit like Visio but with linking, and annotation.

Ljubica, try the standard IDEF0, there is a software to model any kind of process, also innovation process models, with this standard, the software is called IDEF37, I supose it can be downloaded somewhere.
