I have used only merge of polygons shape file of my watersheds for that input and even if the SDR runs correctly the is a phrase as;

"WARNING No valid pixels were received, sending None."

There is null outputs in the results as; 'sediment retension' and 'sediment export' fields have zero values.

Is it a problem of the waterhed vector then what kind of shape file should I use?
