I considered three parameters- needle diameter, flow rate and voltage. The first two parameters were the mechanical cues to control the size and shape of the microparticles whereas the later one acted as electrical.
The process control of the electrospray is significant for microsphere fabrication. There are a number of publications considering the issue so far, including area of material, fluid dynamics, chemistry, and also biomedical engineering. Accordingly, the electric field intensity, the geometric parameters, the physical properties all have effects on the resultant microspheres.
