There were 3 trees, all three tree crowns were sampled at four heights, four directions, and three position(ouside,center,inside) respectively.There were totally 48 samples each tree.
Finally, those 148 samples were measured indoor for measuring value.
What kind of experiment design should I use to analyze the data?

I agree with Paul. However if the data is non-randomized then you may use repeated measures ANOVA if data is correlated. Remember that if your data is not normally distributed you cannot use these methods, your option is Kruskal Wallis.
I think Paul's and Olubunmi's comments are very helpful. SPSS could be used as the basis of selecting the techniques for sample verification and control.
I also agree with Paul (using ANOVA), but if additional levels need to be considered then MANOVA could be used as well.
