My lab is experiencing yellow, cloudy media as well as visible white patches that look like this under the microscope. We know it's some sort of contamination, and we continue to throw out contaminated cells, but it keeps coming back after a couple weeks. How do we figure out what it is, and how do we get rid of it?

I have tested for mycoplasma, which is negative.
